the commencement ceremony for Rutgers University _ Newark will take place on May 22, at 9 a.m in Prudential Center.D
Doors open at 8:30 a.m. at both entrance locations.
The Rutgers University Board of Governors confirmed that interdisciplinary scholar, public intellectual, and social justice advocate Dorothy Roberts will deliver the keynote address at the Rutgers University − Newark Commencement Ceremony on May 22, 2019, at the Prudential Center. she will also receive an honorary doctor of laws degree.

the Rutgers University Camden Commencement will take place at May 22, 2019, and May 23, 2019, at BB&T Pavilion.
Merck CEO Kenneth Frazier and Former Acting U.S. Solicitor General Neal Katyal, will receive an honorary doctor of laws degree and will also deliver the keynote address to Rutgers University–Camden’s Class of 2019.
